1. Change your password regularly.

2. Do not share your password with others.

3. Give password with combination of letters and numbers.

4. Do not download attachment from unknown source. 

5. Do not forget to LOGOUT when you have finished your job and it is safer if you close the browser when you finish your session.

6. If the PC is for your exclusive use, activate screen saver with password protection so that if you are away leaving your PC  logged on, it will lock the screen after the specified period making it inaccessible to others
